bunch of errors due to woodmart module

Hi,

Can you kindly assist on the attached errors? there seems to be an issue with the woodmart module

I also noticed that the register button does not work and you will remain with the login button on the left only when those errors come up.

I just noticed that if you enter incorrect credentials, and then try to register, the register button does not work.

If you do not try to login and press register first, the register boxes show up
