Butones de Visual Composer no aparecen en editor de "HTML BLOCKS"

Good morning, I want to make a menu with Visual Composer. From the edit menu, I click on “Edit this block with WPBakery Page Builder” but the “Backend editor” and “Fontend editor” buttons do not appear in the editor as shown in the documentation.
