Button Hidden in WPBakery Element

Dear,

I am using the plugin WPBakery provided by your theme. See the attachment, I use an element which I am not able to define its height. The problem is that there is a button when you hover on it, which is not getting shown totally. Check carefully.

How to define this height to default? I mean if there is content, then show.
