BUTTON not showing on mobile version

Green button not showing on hero image slide on mobile.

See screen grabs below.

When I switch into mobile mode, if i try to add a button, it also adds it on desktop, I thought by clicking into each mode you only edited that mode, those modes being desktop, tablet and mobile..?? If I edit in only mobile (clicking the mobile tab) it makes changes in all modes..?
It is the green button you can see on the home page..
