Button on blog single page in mobile view

Dear support team,
please see the screenshot link attached. I imported a demo and on the blog single page in mobile view a button with three dots appears. When I click it nothing happens.
What is this button for?
How can I deactivate it in the settings?

Yes, please navigate to Theme Settings -> General -> Layout -> turn off the “Off canvas sidebar for mobile” option, then clear the cache and check the issue again.
