Button URL problem

Hi, I have a problem with wpbakery composer.
I can not select urls for my banners or buttons, I click on “sélectionnez une url” (wich means select an url in french) but nothing happens.

Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide your site admin we shall check.
