    Buttons Are Not Displaying Correctly

    Hello.
I’ve recently been having a problem where buttons aren’t displaying correctly (Image 1). I’ve cleared the server cache and the browser cache several times, but the problem persists.

When I log in as an admin, everything looks as it should (Image 2).

    What could be causing this?

    The problem occurs when:
    – I visit the website as a guest
    – in incognito mode
    – I access the site on a smartphone and tablet
    – I visit the site in a newly installed browser

As soon as I log in as an admin, I see the buttons correctly. This is obviously a problem: I, as the admin, can set everything up correctly and see it that way—but visitors to the website see the buttons displayed incorrectly and unusably.

Btw. The problem affects all buttons on the website, not just the one in the screenshot. So the problem extends across the entire website, wherever buttons are included.

    Here are some more examples:

    Hello,

I have checked your site as a guest user and the buttons are showing fine.

    See Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/XXrV4ZWW

Please try to clear all types of cache and double-check the issue.

    Best Regards

    Hi.’
I don’t know exactly what went wrong.
I even installed a different browser from scratch to test it (Firefox).

Right now, the problem is gone on all devices. It must have been some kind of cache on the server side, right? Even though I had cleared it several times.

It’s working now, and everything is fine.

    Hello,

Glad to hear the issue is resolved now.

Yes, it was most likely related to caching or an optimization mechanism serving outdated CSS files. Sometimes these caches are not cleared immediately, even after manually purging them, which can cause styling inconsistencies for guest users while logged-in administrators see the correct version.

If the issue appears again, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

    Best Regards
