OchukoParticipantThe buttons on my website do not work. I click on them but they just take me back to the home page. The buttons that don’t work are: register, the login button, account button, cart button, the shop button, the Wishlist button, the ticket system, and the account page. Just those functionalities do not work and was just wondering how to resolve them. The pages are there, but I am not sure how to link them so for instance if you press the cart page, it takes you to the cart page.
Also below there is a screenshot of a problem that I have next to the login and search icon. There is a line that goes between that black box. I do not want that line to extend into the black box.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. You need to set the Wishlist http://prntscr.com/ls1ewo
2. Navigate to Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced http://prntscr.com/ngmgc7 and set other pages
Best Regards

OchukoParticipantHello, I have a problem regarding one page on my website. Once you click the registration form to create an account on my website, a sidebar should come up at the side. The sidebar comes up, but once you click “create an account” at the bottom of that sidebar, a little registration form should appear. However, a registration form does not appear but it just takes you directly to the login page. Below is what the registration form should look like once you click the “create account” on the sidebar once you click register in the top right of the screen.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme if you the child, and check the issue.
Best Regards

OchukoParticipantI have deactivated all the plugins not related to the theme and still nothing works. How do I switch to the parent theme? I don’t think I have any child themes because when I go to Appearance and then Themes, I only have one theme there and that is the theme in use that I bought. Would you please be able to take a look and help me out? thank you for taking the time to read this.

OchukoParticipantHow do I also set up the “Shop Page”
April 28, 2019 at 3:52 am #121258
OchukoParticipantGood morning, I have an issue with my Revolution Slider. Below is a screenshot of what it says.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your shop page has been set http://prntscr.com/nhuzpb
When I click “create an account” I get to the customized page http://prntscr.com/nhv067 if you have any problems with the page, deactivate the plugin which customizes the page.
I see the Slider Revolution works well https://gyazo.com/a2f393a72b49625377d0fae0bb1ca919 The JS errors can be caused by your additional plugins not related to the theme.
Best Regards

OchukoParticipantPlease in regards to my second issue of the “create account” please make yourself familiar with the question again because I don’t think you understood. One the Borntoruleonline.com website, the create an account works perfectly. However, on the Swiftcutsonline.com website the “create account” button does not work. I am going to make another ticket regarding the slider revolution on Borntoruleonline.com not working well as I do not want to cause confusion.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Swiftcutsonline.com does not work at all http://prntscr.com/ni10h3
Please describe in details what is wrong with the slider on https://borntoruleonline.com/? Please provide the screenshots. Check the slider on some default theme to understand that our theme causes the problem. I am checking it works well https://gyazo.com/69069c34d9513ac084d6390253e2843b
Best Regards

OchukoParticipantSorry, I meant http://swiftcutsonline.co.uk
In regard to the slider on Born To Rule, when I am logged in as an Admin, the slider seems to work. However, once I log out of the admin and refresh the page I get that error saying there is a problem with the slider and I should try troubleshooting it. As of now, I am on my Mac and I am not logged in. Once I refresh the page I get this message (See screenshots below) and it does not allow the slider to be shown. Please look at the times on the screenshot too so you know how recent it is.

OchukoParticipantIn regard to the slider revolution, I think I have managed to fix it by deleting a few plugins. I think it is working now. However, there still lies an issue with the Swiftcuts “create account page”. For example, on Borntoruleonline.com, once you click register a sidebar should appear and at the bottom of that sidebar is a “Create account” button. Once that is clicked, it takes you to the form where you can fill in your details and create an account. However, on the swiftcutsonline.co.uk website, once you go to the “create account” button, it just takes you to the login page and not the “create account” page where you can fill in a form to create an account. That is the best way that I can explain it.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
It means you have not set the Woocommercee pages correctly. By defaul, it works as you describe. Try to reinstall the Woocommercee or check all the pages to be set properly.
Best Regards
April 30, 2019 at 1:02 am #121504
OchukoParticipantI have done both of those things and it still does not work. All I have been trying to do is put the registration page on when you click that “create account”. So that the form comes up and customers will be able to fill in their details to create an account.
April 30, 2019 at 6:31 am #121528
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The registration page is the Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence. This may be caused by incorrect Woocommerce installation. Try to deactivate all the other plugins not related to the theme to know that they do not influence.
Best Regards

OchukoParticipantUnfortunately I have done that and nothing still works. Isn’t there anything you could do?
May 1, 2019 at 7:50 pm #121755
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the issue with the Storefront theme. It is a free Woocommerce theme.
Best Regards
May 1, 2019 at 8:17 pm #121764
OchukoParticipantI do not have any other theme installed other than the Basel Theme.
May 1, 2019 at 9:12 pm #121765
OchukoParticipantCould it be due to the code?
May 1, 2019 at 9:14 pm #121766
OchukoParticipantWhy is there also that goes through the word “Game” in the black box on the homepage
May 2, 2019 at 5:28 am #121782
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Navigate to Appearance > Themes > Add new > enter “Storefront” in the search, find, install and activate.
Why is there also that goes through the word “Game” in the black box on the homepage – please provide page URL and screenshot.
Best Regards
May 4, 2019 at 5:17 pm #122165
OchukoParticipantThe page url is “http://swiftcutsonline.co.uk” and it is in the right orange box where the word “Game” is located. There appears to be a line that covers the word. I think it is the link that separates the accounts page from the search tab, the Wishlist, and the basket.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. Check these blocks content http://prntscr.com/nkku7q on the home page.
2. Please provide the site admin access to the second your site.
Best Regards
May 5, 2019 at 2:41 pm #122215
OchukoParticipantThe issue where the line is covering the word “game” is on the second site.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your plugins styles influence the header https://gyazo.com/a8fb759f74280c009e8f0dce2dc6b196Hello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, you can add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS> Global:
body .sticky-header-prepared.basel-top-bar-on .header-shop, { top: 22px; }
Best Regards
May 6, 2019 at 2:03 am #122255
OchukoParticipantUnfortunately the issue is still present after the solution you provided. The line is still interfering with the information box. It isn’t a plugin, and I have put the code into the global CSS. No change was made at all. The line is still. Please could you take another look. I managed to fix the issue of creating an account by myself, and was just wandering if this wasn’t too much of an ask.
May 6, 2019 at 6:20 am #122260
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme we shall check.
Best Regards
May 7, 2019 at 10:21 am #122497
OchukoParticipantI have done that already and it still does not work. I am getting frustrated with repeating myself. You have not been the most helpful. Please can I speak to someone else.
May 7, 2019 at 11:39 am #122517
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
