Buttons Not responding

Since a week i am having strange issues. Buttons are not responding. Like at themes, i click update now, but nothing happens and others which i have not found out yet. I have searched in topics and also tried to Disabling all plugings. Still nothing. I am clicking but nothing happens

Please help

By the way: The select ALL plugins option , and UPLOAD theme button also not working. Many other buttons same, Please login to the website to get a better understanding

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

its the same, no changes. I think you should really have a look for a better understanding. I have never seen such a thing

You have checked with the default theme , and the issue remains, which means it is not our theme issue.

This issue is usually related to a JavaScript or server-side conflict.

Please try:

Clear server cache and disable optimization and test in an incognito window
Check for MU-plugins or custom code conflicts and upgrade WordPress and PHP versions.
