Buy button loading delay

    When I click on the buy button, the product takes too long to go to the cart, I’m losing many purchases with this delay.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hi, I’ve already tested it with other themes and it’s ok.

    And I also tested it with other sites that are on the same server and it’s working normally, only this site has a very big delay.

    As we can see, all plugins are still active. Please, keep them turned off so we can test the add to cart speed without plugins.

    We can’t login to your website at the moment. Please, activate at least WooCommerce, WPBakery and WoodMart core. We can’t see the Buy button to test.

    We can’t enter your wordpress dashboard /wp-admin/ to test how it works with the default theme. Please, switch to the default theme temporarily.

    I was able to identify the delay problem, it’s in the “Best Shipping” plugin, when I disable it, it improves… can you help me with that? this plugin is responsible for shipping the store…

    It looks like the plugin is not compatible with WooCommerce. You need to contact plugin developers for help on this matter.
