BUY NOW BUTTON ISSUE – NOT WORKING – Still redirects to cart and not checkout

Hello, we have an issue whereby the “BUY NOW” button redirects to cart on live site, but on staging it works correct, kindly Please assist as not sure what is going on.

I’ve checked your live site and can see only the Add to Cart button, which correctly redirects to the cart page.
For the Buy Now button, please navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Buy Now, and set the Redirect Location according to your preference.

Hi thank you, on the live site, it is already set to “redirect to checkout” but it is not working.
Redirect to checkout is set but it Redirects to cart.

But I have checked your site and see only the add to cart button on the live site, not the buy now button. On your staging site, both the add to cart and buy now buttons are showing.
Please enable the buy now button on your live site and share your WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.
