We use a plugin for cross-sells under the main product. in this theme these cross-sells products get cached and appears in every product until we deactivate or activate any plugin. and no any caching plugins are uses.

Same cross-sells plugin used in the live site and it works fine, as woodmart theme in staging site at the moment until we fully test all functions

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

Please check this https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1535-how-can-i-exclude-a-plugin-or-script-from-caching article for help.

Also, could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront?

    Kind Regards

We have disabled and removed WPRocket but this didn’t help.

When we switch to the older theme it works find. also no caching on the server.

So any idea what’s is causing this issue ?

    Hello,

Okay, understood. Could you send me a video of how you replicate that issue on your side? Also, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

    Kind Regards
