I am having trouble with my header. for some reason it is not always showing up. After I clear caching it works again or if I am logged in, however sometimes it is just blank. I noticed this lately.

we are using cloudflare / wp-rocket on cloudways.

    Hello,

Sometimes, issues with caching plugins can be resolved by adjusting the plugin’s settings. Carefully review its configuration options to see if there are any settings causing conflicts. Please clear browser cache, cache of CDN and check again.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards.

hi, it does resolves when we clear the cache, but it recurres again every time on random pages and we can’t define why it is happening.

This occurs lately, we never had issues with it before. Is there anything else we can check?

    Hello,

Now, I did not see any issue on the site header. Please check it on the incognito browser.

    Best Regards.

Hi Aizaz, I have been going back and forth with caching but they keep referring to the theme. Can you please point out which exlcusions need to be made to avoid this from happening. it is really messing up our navigation and eventually the way people order products.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.
