KanuParticipantHi there,
Each of my category pages does not properly display the products. It starts good but after a couple of products looks like some of them are missing. It happens on all pages and categories with the products (desktop and mobile), sometimes on page 1 sometimes on other pages.
Take a look at any category from the main menu.
Could you pls take a look and help?
Thx

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

KanuParticipantHi,
tried and it’s the same. The issue started at the beginning, from the very first day… and I thought it was from the setup of the theme configuration…Thank you

KanuParticipantAlso, do you have any idea why the input fields became black on the checkout page?
Thank you

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards.

KanuParticipantHello,
Honestly, I have no idea why the child theme is active. Switching to the parent theme will I lose settings and data?
I never did it before, that’s why I’m asking for your help.Thank you.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Try to temporarily deactivate the cache plugin on your site and check the issue. If the issue remains, Please disable the CDN and remove the server cache and check the issue.
Best Regards.

KanuParticipantHi,
Solved. It was’n about clear cash or third party plugin. Hover option inside theme settings didn’t work well.
Thank you.
P.S. Any feedback from second above question (#548113)?
P.S.S. Turning off 3rd party plugins didn’t solve the problem- This reply was modified 9 months ago by Kanu.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
This issue coming because of the Woo Payments plugin, please ask the plugin author support how to change the field color from black to white, this is not the theme issue, we have tried to overwrite the plugin CSS but it is not working for any reason.
Best Regards.
