I need a form. This is kind of a new product wish list or new product negotiation form. However, this form will act as a product with a price whatever they input in the price field of it. Therefore, this can be sold too, because this is a product.

Unfortunately, there is no such kind of form in WooCommerce plugin and in our theme. You can create custom forms using Contact Form 7 plugin. But they will not be purchasable.
