Can I add a product with a pre-selected variation from the loop?

I want to know and if possible please explain me how to configure this functionality where the user when clicking on the select options button (cart icon) and a predefined variation is added by default.

I want that the variable product that the user chooses already adds the variation 1 by default, without the need to enter to see the product and choose, but that the choice is automatic from our configuration.

You can show the default variation, at the same time it is not possible just add it the cart, you will need to select the attributes in any case. This is Woocommerce functionality and WoodMart theme does not influence that.
