I saw the screenshot you attached. Sorry, but there is no option to add under the pagination.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

I found a way to define paging subtitles as follows.

How to set up a Category description position?
After Product grid
or
Before Product grid

1. Go to WoodMart menu > Shop > select your Category description position

2. Adding your Category Description at Pages menu > select PRODUCTS page
> and go to WPBakery Page Builder

You can write your descetion and using HTML Blocks (ex. [html_block id="xxx"])

3. If you use HTML Blocks you go to HTML Blocks menu > select your id html_block
and click edit [html_block id="xxx"]
