Can I make 2 shipping point for a product?

I have 2 shipping point, for example Jakarta & Kuala Lumpur. Can I make the product page have a radio button or list button like the picture below, so that the customer can choose City Jakarta or Kuala Lumpur as their Shipping Point preferences ?
