Can I use same license for for wampserver(offline) and main domain?

    I have already purchased a woodmart license. for some reasons, i have to provide new host for my domain and it takes time. i am going to run a testing site on Wampserver (offline mode) till my host is ready to use. If the site is built properly on wampserver, i want to transfer the site to the host using a replicator plugin. If not, i will build and run the site on the online host.
    i want to know can I use same license for a testing site in offline mode and main site in online mode?

    One license can be activated twice: one for the testing domain (no matter local or live) and another one for the live domain.
