Can Not Add Filters in the shop Sidebar area

Hi
We are having a Problem adding shop filters to the shop page sidebar area. Please see the screenshot
I tried with Widget it does not work and getting wrrors.
Also, i did not find the current option to add or delete something on the sidebar.
Could you please help?

Please try installing the Classic widgets plugin then add the widget to the sidebar and check back.
