can not add images in gallery

when I’m trying to add images for a gallery, but the window is empty and dont aloww me upload the images, I dont know if this happen because I dont have the premium version of WP Bakery

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
