Can not change the menu size

Hi,
The changes is not saved when I try to change the size if the menu boxes. See included picture what category I try to change it on. I try to use “Set sizes”.
Please help.

If you have a large number of menu items added to your navigation via Appearance -> Menus, sometimes, last items may be not saved correctly. Especially custom fields like design, icon name, the label can’t be handled properly. In most cases, this issue is connected to the PHP max input vars limit parameter in your web server configuration. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status. Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hostings so you will need to contact your server providers and ask to increase this limit. Recommended value for this is 5000
