Can not edit Theme Option in 2nd level

I have problem with a website and it´s the admin of the Woodmart Theme.
I can not acces the sublevels in any of the options that is for example SHOP / Sidebar & Pagetitle. It´s just get back to the SHOP level and can not see or get to the sub levels to make changes and so on.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Hello i found out that it was Addon Responsive Pro – Addon WPBakery Page Builder from Code Canyon that mess it up.

Another questions, how do I change the default image for the SHOP List page?
