can not move items horizontally but only vertically

contacted wpbakery support, they say it’s item from theme that I should contact you

detail to reproduce issue in private info

I am not sure what do you mean by that , but in my case, I was trying to remove the menu list item to be able to move back or forth horizontally

This is not possible to move them horizontally, because these are different columns, and in column, you can only move the items vertically not horizontally.
