Can not save changes in theme Settings

    I am trying to make off the “New” label on products and the “Hot” label on products in theme settings => product label page, when I click the “SAVE OPTIONS” button nothing happens, and changes are going on again.

    I’m sorry for the late reply.

    We fixed the SSL issue but didn’t work, I think that custom CSS caused this error but I don’t know. Is this error PHP-related or something else?

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    I did but didn’t solve the problem.

    How can I delete all of the custom CSS from FTP? Where is the folder of the custom CSS?

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    The problem is caused by incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.
