Afte that you find all the strings, translate them and synchronize. As for the categories delete them and create in Vietnamese.

There is something wrong with your WordPress configuration. Actually, the language is still English. There are no any translations applied. For example a part of the website displays WooCommerce words and they are not translated too. Check your language settings and disable all plugins that are not related to our theme.
