Please try creating a new HTML Block and set it as the Mobile HTML block by editing the page.

Use your method to create a new mobile HTML block and call it in the home page template, and then the new mobile home page effect can be achieved. But after coming back one night, the mobile home page calls the content of the PC home page again. It doesn’t seem to be stable, so it definitely won’t work.
