Add below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global custom CSS

.scrollToTop {
    right: 20px;
    bottom: 20px;
}

You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Only the home page can change its position, and other pages will still have their original positions.
