Can you tell me how this home page was made?

Specifically the truck, background world map, the white semi circle and the box with the login information.
I know that custom plugins were used for the scrolling brands, but I wanted to know what general row settings/background settings do I need to apply in WP bakery to achieve the same general template that I can then tweak.
Is the truck part of the background image, or was it super imposed via row upon the world map background?

This row or section has an image as a background. The column has the registration form. Most likely this form is added by customization.
