Cannot access or update widgets

Hi,

I am not able to access or update the widgets section on my site here :

https://www.sunnshinehk.com/wp-admin/widgets.php

Because of this I am not able to also change the background color in a row on a product page.

Please help.

1) For widgets try to install Classic Widgets plugin to fix this problem: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

2) Please provide the admin panel login details of the website.

On the widgets section under appearance when I wanted to make any changes, its not saving.

Also when going back to top on any page, the sticky header doesnot show the logo (Sunnshine) and the search box.
rather it shows the shopping cart in the end, which I dont want there.

So can you fix this too. thanks.

1) The issue with the widgets has been Resolved. Please clear cache and check back.

2) The sticky header inherits from the main header and its modules. If you want to display a custom sticky header then you need to select it as sticky from Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header.

You also need to edit the header settings from left top and disable sticky header clone to make your selected header as sticky header.
