How can I recover the mailchimp login form?, when I enter to my website this modal appears 🙁

The problem is that mailchimp login form was not found in the login modal. (see the attached image)

Under MC4WP > Form to confirm if the form with ID 714 exists. If it has been deleted, you might need to recreate it or check if there’s an alternative form you can use instead.

Hello,
Go to MC4WP > Form in your WordPress dashboard and create a new subscription form.
Customize the form content as needed (you can use the default fields or add more).
Once saved, copy the newly created form ID. and replace the old form ID (714) with your new one.
