Cannot Access wp-admin while theme is active

Hello,
When woodmart child theme is enabled, I cannot access wp-admin dashboard/backend. It simply shows me a view of the frontend and re-directs me to this view when I try to access /wp-admin.
If I disable woodmart theme I am able to access the backend without issues.

Thanks for reaching to us.
SFTP credential are incorrect, please check again. Meanwhile, you can try below ways:
1. You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
2. Double check custom functions in child theme. Remove or comment out one by one to find root caused.

1. I disabled all plugins before I contacted you. The issue only happens when Woodmart child theme is enabled.
2. SFTP credentials are fine, I just tested them. Try leaving the port field blank if you have not done so already.

I switched to Parent theme and disabled few plugins and it worked, please double check custom functions in child theme.

It caused by YayMail Pro - WooCommerce Email Customizer plugin. I deactivated it, and it worked again.
