Cannot activate new license after removing old license

Hello,
I purchased a new WoodMart license under my own Envato account because the previous license (from my developer) was not providing updates.
I deactivated the old license from the theme license page and received the message:
“Theme license is successfully deactivated.”
However, after that, the page still shows the status as “Activated” and continues to display the “Deactivate Theme” button. I do not see any field to enter my new purchase code.
Because of this, I am unable to activate my new license or receive updates.
Could you please help reset or clear the license so I can activate my new purchase code?

Hello,
Try to deactivate the old license in your account on our website and then activate the new one from WoodMart -> Theme license and check how it works.
