Cannot choose attribute in products page

When I checked “color preview for this value” in attributes.

I cannot choose the color inside the product page.

Kindly deactivate your third party plugins and then check back the color swatches inside your product page.

In case if the issue is still there then remain the third party plugins as disable and share your admin login details so I can check and help you out accordingly.

I have test your site by creating a test product with all the color attributes.

I have setup all the variations for all colors and after publishing the product when I try to select any color it is not selectable and display jquery errors in your site console whenever I clicked on any of those colors.

It seems you are using some external function hooks in your function.php file.
Kindly remove your custom code and then check back your site. This will surely fix the issue

In case if the issue is still there even after removing your custom code. Then take a whole site backup and allow me to troubleshoot your site which includes deactivating all the plugins and test with default plugins.

The code which you added in category row adjustment on the home is not the cause of this issue.

From the jquery error it seems some other code in funtions.php file causing the issue.

To take a whole site backup you can use BackUp WordPress Plugin.

Your problem is resolved. Before your color swatches not selectable It was the slug issue. When I create a new attribute “Color” and then add red and blue colors and used them in test product they just working fine.

When you take a website backup then it helps you to restore your site if something deleted mistakenly in future.

So this just mean the slug cannot be in Chinese.

Yes, it seems there is some inappropriate symbols or words due to which slug not working in Chinese. As you try with English and it works so it’s better to use English for those slugs.
