cannot download from themeforest

I just purchased another license from themeforest and cannot download the theme.

it seems like there is a conflict with the theme and the woocommerce plugin

i have the same issue, i also purchased the theme a few minutes ago, but can’t download the theme. “Access Denied”
Did you find a solution ?

Thanks for your message. The “AccessDenied” XML message appears to be a ThemeForest/Envato download issue rather than something related to WoodMart itself. Please contact ThemeForest/Envato Support to resolve the download permissions on your account. After they fix it, you should be able to download WoodMart from your ThemeForest Downloads page.
