Cannot edit HTML Blocks with WPBakery Frontend Editor

Although at my localhost installation I can edit all the HTML Blocks with the Frontend Editor, at the production installation this is not possible. I can edit them only with the WPBakery Backend editor

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

I turned off all the add-ons and set as my default theme the parent, but the issue with wpbakery still remains.

You have set the same page as the home page and as the shop page in these conditions, front end editing of HTML block is not available.
