Cannot Edit menus

I go to Appearance>>Menus and get this
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

I cannot edit or move between any menus

Menus themselves appear to be functional and are showing up on web pages, but these are from the base demo install and in case of shop page, categories imported into Woocommerce. I cannot edit them.

I have attached what my host support sent me under private content

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

All still active plugins should be those added on theme install, though I disabled Slider since I don’t think its being used

there are no ip restrictions in place unless they are placed there by our host. i need an IP to have them whitelist

figured out the problem. there was no defined posts page. not sure what happened since this is basically a fresh install other than imported products, but that was the issue.
