It seems you have not attached the screen and I cannot figure out what you want to remove.

The Checkout page is the Woocommerce functional page and it is not editable.

You can make a few fields not compulsory in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Checkout.

just like there is an option to remove prodcut from cart, there is no option to do it from checkout page …

If you want to remove a product you need to get back to the shopping cart and correct the quantity there.

Woocommerce does not allow deleting the products from the checkout.
