Cannot find css after deleting and regenerating css

The following warnings kept showing up after I deleted and regenerated customs CSS with css generator. Also, “update” button is missing.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access as well as FTP access to the private area
