Cannot import pre-build theme

HI I need to import pre-build theme called Black Friday but it cannot and said as time limit. I changed all time limit to 600 both PHP and Server and the problem still there.

Hello,
As we can see, there is a 60 limit on your server. It may be set not in PHP settings only. You need to ask your hosting provider to increase this limit as well. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/e88b93f958077388ece83fad2ff8d5c2
