why does this happen constantly? I had the same problem with another site- upon purchase the theme would not install – it failed…. due to some css files not available????
the real craziness/frustration is that when one goes to envato for help, they take a week just to get back to me to refer me to here.
With another site- I provided admin WPress passcode- and had you complete the installation for me- can someone reply so that I can do the same on my new site?
FYI – when one purchases a theme, one wants to use and develop it obviously. Why the initial roadblock. This is after 5 messages to Envato.
I know that you need them for marketing- but consider how frustrating their support is- it sucks…..
I one asked a friend about a specific restaurant – ‘Hows the food I asked’…. he replied- ‘the food is great, but I can’t stomach the help. Your theme is great.
I have installed the theme, before installing, please disable all the plugins, install plugins in Appearance > Install plugins, activate them, upload the demo, and then activate other plugins.
Please note, you can use either Elementor or WP bakery builder.
