Cannot install Fashion Flat theme

After I import and activate Fashion Flat theme then when I try to view the web page I get “Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access this resource” error.
If I import another theme it works fine. For example “fashion color” I tried.
I have woodmart version 7.3.1 and I am not sure if I am doing all the steps for the theme creation because I couldn’t find an up to date guide.
Nevertheless other themes work fine so something is wrong.

After importing “Fashion Flat” theme when I navigate to the web page to check it I am getting the below error:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.

What is wrong with this theme? Am I doing anything wrong?

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I have put below the credentials and also the WordPress link. The site is empty, I am just trying to set it up. I have just installed WordPress and then added the theme and a couple of stock photos.
No data no nothing so you can do whatever you have to do to make it work. It is not an active installation so I do not have a problem if you disable the plugins etc.
Feel free to experiment…

OK, I can do that, but why a few other prebuild websites like “Fashion Color” and “Lingerie” I tried work with no error?
