Cannot login to adminpanel in proper way!?

Dear team Xtemos,

I’ve now 2 pages with your woodmart theme and the first one works perfectly. They are installed in the same way on the same hosting.

When login to admin, I get the message “to many rediraction” –> If I open another tab it works so I can enter the backend. But I cannot enter the beckend while clicking the link up in left corner that leads to dashborad. If I do, I get the same error message. If I go through another link like “Theme Dashboard” it works.

I tried to install an older package of the theme, the problem go away so I guess this is a issue in newer verisions??

Appreciate your support in this case, since I love the theme and would love to provide some of my clients the same solution (if it works 100%)

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

If I change theme to another WordPress theme it works fine.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we could check it?

I’m sorry, now it works. remeber you need to press login and open a new tab ith the domain name to login.

Try to add the following PHP code snippet to the child theme functions.php file to fix this

add_action( 'admin_init', function() {
	if ( 'index.php' === $GLOBALS['pagenow'] ) {
		remove_action( 'admin_init', 'woodmart_admin_scripts', 100 );
	}
}, 10 );
