Cannot search tags (label)

I added 4 tags to an envelope: Chinese, Crane, Japanese, Traditional.
When I searched Japanese, I couldn’t find the envelope by the label.

I want to know what the label does?
Or, how can a customer see this envelope when searching for Japanese?

I saw the screenshot you attached. To search the envelope you need to search it by its name or in the category you added the product in.

If you are unable to search the products on your website then please provide with the URL of the website to check it and help you out accordingly.

Yes, thank you for your answer. I know I can search for products by name or category.

But you didn’t answer my question: Do labels make sense?

I added a label to each product, but I can’t use it with the search function, right?

Unfortunately, there is no option in Theme settings available to search with labels.

You could not use labels to search for products using the search bar. Because, It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
