Cannot upload theme

    Hi I am getting this error message when I try to upload theme to a new installation of wordpress

    Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=6219 in /home/neilmcateerart2/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1924

    Hi,

    This error says about some limitation on your server that doesn’t allow you to upload the theme. Try to contact your hosting provider for help in this question since there are no any fixes from our side.
