Cannot Upload Theme – “The link you followed has expired” Error

I am trying to upload the WoodMart theme (woodmart.zip) to my WordPress site, but I am receiving the following error message after the upload starts:

Actually, this issue mostly occurs because of the maximum upload Size Limit on the Site from the server end. It is usually by default set to 1 or 2MB, so please ask your Hosting Provider to increase your Max Upload Size limit.
