Cannot upload theme – “The link you followed has expired” error

I am trying to upload a theme file (woodmart.zip) to my WordPress site, but I keep getting the error “The link you followed has expired.”
I have already tried to fix this by increasing the PHP values for my domain in the Plesk panel.
