Can't access theme settings page (permissions required?)

    Hi, I just purchased, installed and activated the theme for a client. I can go to every page in the wp dashboard except for Theme Settings. An error message appears: “Lo siento, no tienes permisos para acceder a esta página.” (You need permissions to access this page). I’m the admin so I don’t think I need extra permissions. Any help?

    First of all, navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and activate them.

    Here you will find all the documentation. Anyway if you have questions or difficult to find or configure the proper option feel free to contact us.
