Can't access WP Bakery Templates

Hi there,

I can’t seem to download any Woodmart WP Bakery templates. I have checked with our web host that both your domain and IP address can be accessed from our server – they have been able to ping it successfully.

The error returned on our logs is in the content below.

Is there any way to check to see what the issue is or is there any other way to manually download the templates?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

All extra plugins have been disabled apart from WooCommerce and the Woodmart theme and core plugin. The same error is returned. Admin access details are below.

You need to update our WoodMart core plugin via Appearance -> Install plugins to the latest version. Then check this function again.

Thank you! I wasn’t aware it was needing updated as it didn’t show with the regular plugin updates. Will keep an eye on this in future.
