can't activate maintenance mode

I can’t activate maintenance mode. I follow the instruction, there is maintenance page. but its not works. the main page is not show maintenance/cooming soon.

I’ve turn off the other plugin https://prnt.sc/spq0ki

what I miss?

There is more than 1 maintenance page. So I decide to unpublish them except the page that I choose.
